Thank you for shopping with Charpie. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered for purchases made through https://www.charpie.cn.

1. Shipping Carriers

We ship our products primarily via SF Express if you are in China and DHL Express if you are outside China to ensure fast, reliable, and trackable international delivery.
In certain cases, alternative carriers may be used depending on destination, shipment size, or local regulations.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide.
If your destination is not available at checkout or if you require shipping to a remote or restricted area, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Order Processing Time

  • ROV Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Accessory Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing time may be longer for:
    • Custom-built or configured underwater ROVs
    • Large or high-value equipment
    • Orders requiring export documentation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday – your order will ship the following Monday (if all items are ready for dispatch).

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
  • China: 1-3 days
  • Asia: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • North America: 3–7 business days
  • Other regions: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or local courier delays.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Destination
    • Package weight and dimensions
    • Product type
  • For large underwater ROV systems or bulk orders, shipping costs may be quoted separately.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:
  • Import duties
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.)
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated and are the responsibility of the customer.
Charpie is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs authorities.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Shipments returned or lost due to address errors provided by the customer
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

8. Tracking & Delivery

  • All shipments include SF Express OR DHL tracking
  • Tracking details will be sent to your registered email address
  • A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value items

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:
  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the packaging and product
  • Do not discard the original packaging until the issue is resolved
We will work with DHL to investigate and assist with a replacement or solution where applicable.

10. Restricted Items & Export Compliance

Certain underwater equipment may be subject to export controls or local import restrictions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products comply with the laws and regulations of their destination country.
We reserve the right to cancel or delay shipments that cannot be legally exported.
